Ive got a 10 year old 27 inch Toshiba television thats in great shape,the only thing it has wrong is that it looks like the people are getting shorter and fatter,the top of the picture is black and so is the bottom part,what is wrong?I dont have the money to repair it in a shop..can you help m,e?
