Please help. I am looking for a HDTV receiver or PC Card under 500 bucks that will accept both HDTV signal and regualr cable signal. I also want it to record shows. Should I get a HDTV tuner with a recorder (do they make this in this price range)? Or should I get a PC-tuner HDTV card. I have my computer hooked up to my 61 inch samsung all-ready. I have ATI- Radeon 9800 Pro. I wish it would decode HDTV signal but it doesn't.
Any recommendations on one or the other, and what models? What is the best HDTV Pc Card with recording capability?
