I have a 31" Magnavox TV. My problem is when I turn on the TV in the morning, it will turn on (power indicator is lit up) but the picture doesn't come on. I have to turn on and off a half dozen times or so and then the picture appears, but it is all wiggly for about 45 seconds and then all of a sudden it just goes perfect. Any ideas of what to do or look for. Thanks
