I have an old JVC TV (pre 2000). When I turn it on all I recive is a single white line in the middle of the screen. I've checked cable outles, lines, etc. and they're all OK as is cable reception. Just no tv picture will play. Any ideas? I tried to switch over to view a DVD movie, but it also won't play on the screen, although the DVD machine is working.
