Looking for a 14-16'' TV/DVD Combo for Wall Mounting

Can anyone recomend a 14-16'' built-in DVD TV that I could wall mount in my kitchen? I cant seem to find anything on the market that isnt a LCD display. I need something for my son in the kitchen while he waits for us to prep his dinner.

Any suggestions?
