Cacete: "Hi could someone help me out, I had this rear projector tv for about 5 years and the other day I turned the tv on and the blue color was kind of ghost(out aligment)also I try the Convergence and can barely move the blue color. Thanks guys!"

=======================================

This just happened to me. The green was bowed all across the bottom and in the top corners. A web search indicates that it could be any color and either top / bottom / left right.

Sounds like the STK392-110 driver chips have gone. That driver IC is used in many RPTV sets. IIRC my set is about 5 years old.

On this set, if located on carpet, leaves no space on the bottom for air to enter.

The 2 drivers are attached to the big heatsink. You can either replace them yourself (about $6 each at Electronix.com) or pay about $700 for a new board.

Took me about 3 hours to pull everything apart, unsolder the chips, put new ones in, put it all back together again.
