I have a Panasonic DMR55 which I've been using to convert VHS movies to DVD. It's been working great since Christmas with over 40 sucessful burns. Last night when we tried to finalize it just froze. No buttons would work, not even the power button. Finally we unplugged it. After restarting, the disk finalized properly. I'm hoping it was an isolated incident and not a preview of things to come. Anybody have this happen to them?
