I am thinking about buying a receiver from ebay. If I buy a new receiver will I have to call the satellite provider to authorize it? If I buy a used one with original card what can I expect to happen when I install it. What should I do? Anyone that can offer any help or suggestions please do so. Thanks, Matt20.
