A few weeks ago I purchased a Viewsonic VX2000 LCD Monitor with is HDTV ready.
I used the dvi cable to connect it to a Motorola 6200 HD converter. That when I found out that the monitor could not handle HDCP.
So after some research plus input from another forum, I purchased a "RGB to component" cable. The monitor has both analog and digital inputs.
After connecting the cable, I set the converter to 720p. The video was shifted to the right about a 1/4 of the way. I changed the settings to 480p...got a full screen but a green tint.
