Need helpppp badly. Don't know how to hook up speakers to my surround sound reciver!

It's a radio shack Pro Logic Decoder/Amplifier. model # 15-1965. u can see a picture of the back here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3280&item=5710082792&rd=1 &ssPageName=WDVW) I need help connecting my speakers to it. The problem is i only see 3 speaker line inserts how do i hook up the rear surround speakers?
