Wall mounting Onkyo surround

john
i have the onkyo ht-s760, and am trying to wall mount the rear speakers. I have the Omnimount speaker brackets, however the hardware they provide doesn't fit the "keyhole" slot on the speakers. I am new at this, so I just wanted any suggestion on drilling into the rear of the speaker to mount them? Thanks.....

Anyone else who had this problem, where on the back of the speaker did you drill into? Thanks for any advice.

I just got the HT-S767C package and I need some sort of brackets to mount my surround speakers. If these Omnimount brackets don't fit, what are some other alternatives? I really don't want to drill into my brand new speakers.

Check out B-Tech's BT-77 wall mounts. You won't have to drill into the speakers. Look on crutchfield.com or btech-usa.com.

I went with the BT-33's. Read my post here: https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-theater/2734.html
