I was moving my tivo and unplugged the s-video cable. I noticed that one of the 4 metal prongs (inside the s-video plug) broke off in the tivo. I am screwed - I need to get that prong out. Any suggestions?

Needle-nosed plyers or tweezers should get it out. Try a safety pin too. When you replace the cable it should still work in the plug even if you don't get the pin out. Most sockets don't touch all sides of the pin, just one or two sides.
