Where should I set my crossover points? (details below)

I have a JVC 1028 receiver (5.1). It allows me to set the crossover at 80/100/120 only. My speakers are all Polk and the subwoofer is an Acoustic Research S12HO

Front Speaker Polk S10
Center Channel Polk CS100?
Surround Polk M Series (prior to the M3II) but I'm not sure which (no info on speaker/manual long gone)

So, where should I set the crossover based on these speakers.

Advice like, test it and see for yourself don't do me much good since a wrong setting will probably sound fine to me. I'm more interested in correct/close enough.

Thanks in advance.

THX standard is 80Hz. The setting you choose will be one that works best with the bass roll-off spec. of the speaker itself. Also critical is the polarity setting. The x-over point you choose on the sub itself also figures into the performance of the unit's integration within your system. Sub placement is also important. It has to be positioned correctly, at the onset, to be able to have any other adjustment factors matter.--johnnyjb59@aol.com
