I have a new DVD home cinema that plays sound throught the DVD (AV2)but not through the TV and SKY(AV1). Can someone tell me what I am missing. The installers said they knew how to do all TVs except Samsungs!! There is only one scart from the DVD which goes to the TV as you would expect, so not sure why it only works on AV2 and not AV1 How do I get it working with both? Any help gratefully received
