Hey, I've got a Philips C577 330W system. I believe I recently blew my right channel because when I turn it up past half way it cuts out. My friends and family know nothing about this stuff, so I thought I'd search for a forum where I could get some answers. Do you think investing in something like the Sonic Impact T-Amp would help here, since then the power would be coming from the amp and not the system itself? or would I need a stronger power amp? Or am I an idiot and do I need to get a new system? Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

Some time ago someone asked about connecting a Digital Research DR-1000 to a combonation of components (ie receiver tv dvd vhs) I don't believe there was an answer.
Can it be done?
Can anyone share some tech know how?
I would really appreciate it.
