I have a Velodyne DLS-4000R subwoofer, pair of RTi10 front speakers and might get the Polk CSi5 center and Polk FXi5 surround speakers. What
reciever would you recommend to go with these speakers?

Yamaha RX-V659 is a very good receiver. I have this to drive my CM1, Heco Signature center, Magnat Sub and Bose AM5II as bipolar surround. Highly recommended.

Still waiting on that budget.

Parasound, Primare, Aragon, NAD, Rotel, Creek Audio, Marantz, Adcom, Integra and so many others all come to mind, but without a determined budget, you will have a hard time narrowing things down.

But if I have to recommend, I will recommend what I use... Outlaw Audio with a mono block for each channel. It will drive your Polks without so much as a hiccup.
