Hi,
I am new to the home theater arena and would appreciate the help here... I recently bought the following componets and speakers for the family room:
1. Pionner Elite VSX-74TXVI (receiver)
2. Pioneer Elite DV-79AVI (DVD player)
3. Max 5400 power line conditioner (Panamax)
4. (2) Martin Logan Clarity speakers for the fronts
5. (2)SpeakerCraft Aim8Five's for the Rears
6. Martin Logan Grotto Subwoofer
7. Martin Logan Fresco Center Channel.

I then went ahead and bought the following items for my bedroom:

1. Pionner Elite VSX-74TXVI (receiver)
2. Denon Denon AVR2106 Receiver
3. Denon DVD1920 DVD player
4. 50 inch Pionner Elite Plasma
5. Max 5400 Power line conditioner
6. 3 Vienna Waltz Grand speakers (2 fronts and one for the center channel - wall mount)
7. Speakercraft Aim8Five's for the rears
8. Rel Q150 Sub

I bought these items primarily due to the sound quality at the local Magnolia Hifi. Can anyone please let me know if the money that i have invested will prove to be a good system once I transition from a novice audiophile to a bit seasoned...and if this is good stuff?

thanks.

Very nice. But really, this need for approval is not very healthy:-) Your money, your choice, your system. Just enjoy it and have fun.
