Praetorian Unregistered guest | This is my current set-up of entry level Speakers: NSAP1500 4x Satellite Speakers 1x Centre Speaker 5-channel speaker package with 4 Satellite Speakers and Centre Speaker • 2.5" cone woofer and 1/2" dome tweeter • 4 " x 6 3/8" x 4 " (WxHxD) • Dual 2.5 " cone woofers and 1/2" dome tweeter • 11 7/8" x 4 " x 4 " (WxHxD) I am very pleased with them, as well I am more than pleased with my sub woofer, which is a http://www.yamaha.ca/av/PDFs/subwoofers/YSTSW011NPB.pdf and really does the job for my basement (so not looking to replace it)! However, Christmas is coming and I would like to know if anyone has a good upgrade that would complement the system better? My receiver is an entry level Yamaha HTR 5730 (not looking to replace that immediately either), the room is roughly 16 sq ft (give or take). Obviously I will not have the same receiver forever, so these new speakers can outshine my current system a bit too if required... |
