If anyone has any suggestions on how to get the audio back on this receiver, please let me know. The audio still works on the headphone jack but none of the other speaker out jacks. It went out before and we were told by RCA to unplug the receiver and let it sit for 30 minutes to reset itself. It worked the last time but not this time. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. Thanks in advance.
I purchased a 27 inch RCA100 TV about 3 years ago. The audio has stopped working. A few months ago I received something from RCA about lose of audio but discarded it because at that time I had no problems. Any suggestions on how I can track this information down?
