I'm trying to connect my DISH Network satelite to my HTB_206 receiver using an optical cable. However, I cannot get it to work. Is there something that needs to be switched on in the setup screens on the receiver? I have misplaced my manual. In addition, is there some place I can download a manual for my system. Thanks.
