NAD T 753: Problems with the Neo:6 formats?

I have a problem with my T753. If I select Main/Zone DSP: 5.1/2.0, the Neo:6 formats are not optional while the PL:2 formats still are. I thought both were 5.1 formats? This was never a problem in my old T752? Can anyone exlplain?
