hi i got the bose AM16 woofer no satellite speakers included for a very cheap price. Can i add other brand name speakers to the bose woofer or should it be only bose speakers.
Are those bose satellite speakers any special compare to other satellite speakers?
Yes you can use it with other speakers but the results will not be anything to write home about. You could just use it as a midbass driver and attach your other satellites on the speaker output of the receiver. You probably do not want to use the bass module as a crossover point to your satellites as it was designed. You could try and see if you like the effect.
And no, the Bose satellite speakers are nothing special.
