Posted on I only have about $500 budgeted for home theatre right now...but I can get a pretty good deal on the following.
Athena Point 5 MkII 5 $299
Onkyo TX-SR501 (refurb) $200
I was thinking of holding off on the 6th speaker and the subwoofer till I have more to spend.
What do you guys think? Should I go this route or just go the way of the Onkyo HT-S760 HTIB for about $450?
I'm in a dilemma and have to decide soon...I'd really appreciate feedback on those who have experience on the equipment.
