Hi everyone,

It's been a few years since I got all of my equipment (receiver, DVD player, etc). What's the best way to clean all of the connections for best performance?

Thanks.

I prefer a high pressure waterjet the best because it gets into all of the nooks and crannys.

heh....just kidding.

Just dust the outside of the components with a damp towel as needed and you'll be fine. There is not really any need to perform maintenance on your connections.

If you use bare wire to plug into your speakers, it might slightly corrode after many years of use, and you could always snip off the exposed wire and restrip to give a clean connection, but other than that.......do nothing. Even doing that......we're talking only once over a period of many years.
