I have a Onkyo system that has been working for a couple of years. I disconnected everything because I got a new tv (Panasonic - 60" LCD). When I hook a S-Video cable from my Monitor Out on the Onkyo to the S-Video on Video 1 in the TV, I get no picture... If I use a regular RCA video cable from Monitor out it works. It appears that none of my S-Video ports on the Onkyo are working --- Any ideas ?? They all worked before I disconnected everything...

My guess would be that you have to select S-Video as the input on this particular TV. I don't believe anything has changed with your receiver.
