I am trying to clone the Newton Series T300 Tower Loud Speaker coz I do not want to spend the 1,299$ for them even though i think they have the best all around design

So I am having a Custom Box made for it by some guy at the flee market who does good work

I want to use these components

Kappa Series KAPPA42.5I 4" 2-way multielement
loudspeaker pair for the highs

with maybe the

Reference Series REF6002SI 6-1/2" Two-way shallow mount as a bigger set of speakers

Also For the two woofers

Kappa Series KAPPA 100.3DVC 10" Dual-Voice-Coil Subwoofer as the first woofer

Kappa Series KAPPA 120.3DVC 12" Dual-Voice-Coil Subwoofer as the secondary woofer

I want to use in each speaker this amp

Pioneer 150W x 2 Bridgeable MOSFET Amplifier with Tri-Mode Power Distribution GM-4000F

all from

I was wondering if anyone could recomend a way to power the clones for use as a hometheater speaker system I read in another Thead about an AC to DC power supply converter but i am not sure how it could be set up

If anyone can help you can email me at

Less_than_john@hotmail.com

I am also wroking on a computer mod where I mount a Jensen 200 watt XA2100 to the computer case but need to know if anyone can tell me how I can power the amp using the cumputers 450 watt power supply

Thank You
