would hooking my cable box audio DIRECTLY to my receiver rememdy this problem? I currently have it going to my tv THEN to my receiver. I do have a digital optic line running directly to my receiver from my cable box. Would changing this help because most of the garbled sound is on the lower channels in analog?

I'm having the same weird noises coming out of my 2 rear speakers. 2 front and center sound correct. This only happens on some TV shows. Most movies play fine. During the boxing match on HBO the announcers had the garbled sound. Is this a pro logic 2 problem trying to decode, or do I need to take this system back..
