Basic Q about "optical out"

Adam Kohn New member Username: Adamkohn Post Number: 1 Registered: Oct-04	Posted on Wednesday, October 06, 2004 - 03:01 GMT When I connect a DVD player to a receiver using the optical jacks, am I connecting both audio (5.1) and video? Or is the optical connection just audio? or Just video? Thanks!!
