Okay I just bought a new tv and moved so I have a lot of things that needed to be hooked up.
Heres the list of compnents and connections.

TV:
Loewe Articos 30"
The TV has one true component input on the back but also came with a VGA connection cord that converts to component. So I basically have 2 component inputs on the back of the TV

Reciever:
Pioneer Elite 45tx
Has one component output and 2 component inputs
Plus a enough optical and coax for sound

Cable Box:
HD Motorola unit from Comcast
Component to connect to my system
And I think this box only has optical for audio no coax?

DVD Player:
Pioneer Elite 47ai
Component out
Coax for audio

PS2:
Component out
Optical audio

Computer:
I have my computer hooked up via USB from my computer to my receiver for audio

The way I have it hooked up now:

Currently I have the system hooked up so that the PS2 and the cable box go through the reciever to the tv. Then there is a component connection from the reciever to the tv. Digital audio is hooked up through the reciever as well. I then have the DVD player hooked up through component through the vga adaptor directly to the tv and the digital audio to the reciever.

Im really not sure how good of quality the included vga to comonent adaptor is which has me wondering but I cant even think up any other way to hook all these things up.

Also with the computer hooked up to the receiver I now can ONLY use the reciever for sound. I can NOT use the speakers connected to the computer. Not sure why that is?

Any and all help with my ramblings is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Jeff
