Can i use speaker wire ? Will Category 5, 5e, or 6 be O.K ? unshielded/shielded ? * Some of these wire types are already run in the walls to my locations.* But would like to know which one i can utilize (if any) for a connection from a computer 'audio line out' to a stereo amp (or two) /please comment on each of these wire types of you can. You can get them on the www.amazon.com They do improve the sound. Among the cables you mentioned, I vote for the 5e. They will all work, but you might want to experiment to see which sounds the best. I am getting Belden 1192. http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=Belden+Wire+Cable You can also find mogami cable on ebay which should be pretty good - even better than 5e. Try to get thick ones - since it's long - will sound better. Perhaps if you do get a Yamaha cavit, you can make a long usb cable - that might give you a better sound.
