Hey Folks, the 230 is dat $379 and 601 is $399. Any thoughts on which is superior?

Overall, I prefer the sound of HK over Onkyo. They have a much more mellow and detailed sound (which I prefer). They also have much better power supplies than Onkyo. When you see a power rating by HK, it is a true power rating. However, when you see a rating by Onkyo, you can almost be certain that it will not come anywhere near this mark when you rate it in the same manner as HK. But...it also depends on which speakers you are thinking of using.
