I was just wanting to know what you people thought of paradigm speakers. I'am considering buying theses speakers, and running them off of my Yamaha rx-v1300 reciever. Is this a good relationship or not.

Paradigm and PSB are the only brands I would consider with Yamaha. Yamaha's need a mellow speaker to counteract the Yamaha brightness. You won't do any better with your 1300 than Paradigm.

Elitefan, on the same note, would you also recommend Paradigms with the Denon 3803 since it too is a "bright" reciever? I need to upgrade from my KLHs.

Larry, Paradigm would be a great choice with a Denon. I had a Denon 2802 and liked it but hated my "upgraded" 3803. I had a pair of Paradigm Atoms for my kitchen that sounded good with the 2802. PSB would be another that would be ok with Denon. Go hear the Paradigm Monitor series and I think you'll like what you hear for the money.
