Hello there !

I read the forum looking for my answer but can't find a precise answer, so here I am !

I have a Yamaha RX-596RDS amplifier. I bought it long time ago as a first home cinema system. I am now using it only for listening to music.

This amplifier allow me to have two systems of speakers. I then had One system for the living room and another one for the kitchen.

The 'kitchen sound' being crap, I decided to look for another pair of speakers and came to a good opportunity of old acoustimass 5, series III.

And I am sure you now already know the questions ;)
1. Can I connect this Bose system with an external amplifier like my Yamaha ?
2. If yes (tell me yes please) I am now with two double wires for the speakers (coming from the amplifier) that I have to connect somewhat to the 5pin connector. How can I do this ?

Your help would be more than very much appreciated ;)

Thanks,

Ikkiyu
