I have been using old amps.(yamaha mx-1,marantz pm-94 etc.)because I found them to warm and full of body when it come to sound quality but recently I read good reviews about NAD C320 bee and NAD 750 or something,can any one give their comments or experience between this amps.The old AMPS. weights 20 to 25 kgs. while the new ones weights 7 to 10 kgs.

You probably have to spend more to get a satisfying improvement on new gears - if you like the warmth of the old gears, I would stick with them - I do too.
You might want to see if a HIFI shop will let you take the NADc320bee for a home trial.
I personally prefer the warm sound of the Marantz 2270 receiver - can be had for $200 on ebay.

I've been using a NAD for quite some time and oh boy! this little amp satisfies me with its warm and clear sound, it also has the extra power to drive my m73 speakers. it's worth every cent i paid for this gem.
