Hello I have Dish satellite,Yamaha 765,Boston Acoustics 5.1 ,pioneer bluray and Samsung 46 tv....I can get audio but no video from my blu ray . I just set this up today and am trying all hdmi..> pionerr bluray hdmi out to Yamaha hdmi 1, Yamaha out to tv ...Dish network working fine but audio is only via tv and not through the Yamaha..I'm a rookie that will appreciate any advise..
First, I'm no HT guy and don't know much about it, but sounds like you need to spend some time with the extensive setup menus provided on ALL the gear involved.
Let's see if I have this straight, both the BD and the Dish box are connected to the Yamaha via HDMI with the Dish box working for video but not for audio and the BD working the other way around??? If so, Leo hit it, you probably have some settings to adjust.
