I need a solution to connecting my receiver (RCA jacks) to my computer (USB) port. I want to record my LPs to my PC and want to retain the stereo sound. Any help? Thanks.

Alternatively you can buy a dedicated phono stage from Project called the Phono USB. It takes the output of your record deck and digitises it for you. The phono stage (it's a gain stage purpose made for record decks) is most likely better than that in your receiver.

This way you don't need the receiver in the middle.

Thanks! I think the PhonoUSB is exactly what I am looking for. I found various models from different companies. Thanks again.
