Everybody needs a year off.

https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-audio/184760.html

A new twist this time around, please hold until after this message.

Jamie would like to thank his friends and aquantances alike for the help and support that I have had here for the past year or so.
While very difficult, it has been a rock on a hard road which can be rolled over, it just takes a lot of guts. A lot.
Firm up guys and look at your finances if things go to shite.

On the brighter side, It is time to resurrect this little tradition of mine once again.
I have been blessed enough to be very busy till now, and prospects are all good, I have earned my place.
A lot of others have not been so fortunate, and many more are going to be hurting very soon.
I hope and pray that Obama is on the ball, cause, J.C. on a surfboard, it is ugly.

Heres the rub.
I need questions to be answered.
Send me questions.
I am the ultimate judge, and we dont care about ringers cause the donation is to charity of your choice.
Down, Leo, down!

As previously, the receipt/conf will go to you, if you wish, or will be posted.

Again, I would like to wish all of my friends a very happy and safe little refuge.
Be warm, happy and safe.

Cheers

Uh....The Wall was played live in 1980 in it's entirety 29 times in 4 cities worldwide. I think those are the numbers. As I recall, the band made next to no money on the gigs as the production was so large. Except for Richard Wright, who was thrown out of the band before the gigs but was invited to play the gigs as a paid musician.

A cd copy of the show is in the mail to you, Nuck.

Nuck sorry for borrowing your thread man.

stryvn, I'm at work and was looking at your profile to find your email ID and I see that you have a magnet wire IC and a Dared IC. Have you tried 2 magnet wire ICs without the Dared?

Call me or send me an email so Nuck can have his thread back.

Heres the first question, this will be a warmup, just to see who is looking. No prize, just the admission of spare time.

Graham Nash took a bet from a limo driver that he could not write a song in the 15 minutes it took to get to the airport. The song went on to become a huge hit for Crosby Stills and Nash. What song was it?

Jast a warmup

Here is a payoff question, in 3 parts.
First 2 out of 3 wins it.

What famous album cover was a photograph shot on August 8, 1969?

The Beatles ballad "If I Fell" was on three albums. Name them.

What was the Beatles' second single (hint: the first one they did as a backup band)?

And yes, it was a date, Mike. Just getting in now to post this one.

Walter Becker and Donald Fagen met at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY. While they went on to huge success as Steely Dan, their first band while still in college was called The Leather Canary. Who was the drummer for The Leather Canary?

It's very hard to live in a studio apartment with a man who's learning to play the violin.
That's what she said when she handed over the empty revolver.

Unless of course you mean John was funning with everyone and he should have been quoted as "(John) He's not even the Best drummer in the Beatles!" as in Pete Best.
