My Bose Acoustimass 10 subwoofer is having problems with the rear right channel. It was working fine but now no sound is coming from that channel. I've done the channel test and I've done hours of troubleshooting and verified that all of the speakers are working. But if one of the speakers is plugged into the rear right channel on the bass module (subwoofer) there is no sound.

My knowledge of electronics is very limited; however, I was able to open the unit and look at the circiut board, but of course I have no idea what I'm looking at or for.

What are my options are far as fixing/repair? I called Bose and they said I can send it in for repair but it's $150 plus I'll have to pay to ship it there. I'm trying to avoid doing that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob
