Hey Folks, Have a Pioneer PL 202 turntable that uses a seemingly proprietary interface for power...into the old stereo receiver that I do not have any more. Anyone ever try to convert one of these to use regular dc out of a standard home outlet?

.

You'll do better to buy a new table.

Thanks, Jan. I have had this one a long time and it is sort of hard to let it go even though I know I can have a new/similar one for under $100. I know it is not a high quality piece but the whole idea of keeping something vintage, from my early years, made me look but so far I have found no options.

You can't find a decent vintage table for $100?

Jan, It was the fact that it was MY table since I was a teen. So vintage in respect to both age and sentiment.

Thanks

That's fine, put it somewhere where you can visit it and buy a different table. Not to be rude but what you own isn't worth anything. It's plastic junk. A cheap 25 year old Dual is a better table.

"Where you can visit it"

Jeff, get a new table to hide and keep your memory table in the open?

Lots of new/used on the cheap, man.

Have fun!

Project2 is available.
