Azur 540R V2 Radio Cutting Out

Hi just wondering if anyone had suggestions or experienced this issue.

After about 1 week of operation my 540R cuts out during radio play only.

Once this occurs the only way to get the radio back on is to switch to digital signal, such as CD, and then back to radio again, or to power on/off the amp.

This seems to only happen to RADIO only and in ANALOG mode... everything else works fine.

Anyone got any ideas??

EDIT: Turns out it also happens on DVD in Analog mode when listening to an IPOD, although not as often...

Yup, for sure. I have the same one. No troubles yet, but if I do have problems back it goes.

Good stuff, Andrew.

Hopefully it was just a glitch and the next one is perfect.

Besides the issue you described above, how do you like the 540?

Yes lets hope so!!

Otherwise, I really like it, excellent sound quality, especially for music. Its also a nice size, not too big.

It's my first amp so im no expert, but i do enjoy good quality sound, and for me the 540R does this very nicely. Plenty of inputs and OSD features to tweak with. Im very happy with my purchase, even with this small set back.

I find mine really shines while watching movies. The PL II sounds way better than my previous Pioneer receiver.

Sounds pretty good in stereo mode too.
