Hello,

I recently acquired a Alpine T707 amplifier from a friend. I am wondering what the best way to wire a pair of the SWR-1221D(s) to it. From all I have read on it, some of the people on this forum have stated the T707 amp is 1 ohm stable. Just wondering if the best way is to run it at 2 ohms? Also need to know what the best size and type of enclosure I would need to get to make the 12s sound the best. Please advise me, Later, Larrys

i have two swr-1221d subs, and a few707s...your going to need alot more power than that one amp...buy another one or another amp. the most u'll get out of that one is 100w to ea. sub...for awhile i was running a rockford 801s amp to them, and that was 200w to each sub, and it was good, but not great, so i upgraded......
