Any thoughts on the Rotel receivers? Does anyone have any experience with them? Would they be comparable to the Marantz, NAD, etc in terms of build quality and how do they sound?
I asked same in my thread,"2 Channel 4 Me". Word from those in the know (Hawk and some others) is that the Rotel is a fine receiver. Very clear and clean. Yet the NAD (and I think Marantz as well) has a warmer sound. Same with NAD integrated. That seems to be the consensus.
I own a NAD t753, and I am very happy with it but when I recently heard the rotel 1056, I thought it sound nice as well. I asked about the rotel receivers because I didn't know much about them.
