I accidentally switched my Mira 3 to phono inputs when using the volume knob today while a CD was playing. I noticed I could still hear the music faintly, even though the CDP is connected to the CD inputs.

Is this common, possibly due to the sensitivity of the phono inputs?

.

There should be no problem unless you have the CD playing while using the phono inputs. Since all inputs share a common ground path, there is often a small amount of bleedthrough between inputs. If you don't have a turntable, you might try some shorting plugs in the phono inputs. Unfortunatley, right now, I think Cradas is the only company selling such devices and they extract a fairly heavy price for something that used to be a give away in years long past.
