i have 1gig version apart from occasional freezing it works fine so got 4gig version but can't get it to work the seller says they have tested it and is fine, 1st prob is after downloading driver i plug in and computer comes up with mass storage device found but it can't find the driver i've just downloaded,but does come up under my computer as removable disc E but say its has no storage in it so theres nothing even to format, on device itself it say it has got the 4gigs, someone help please, using windows 95se but if one works the other should,
