Current Luxman product are not anywhere near Accuphase products. Luxman has been imported by many companies and the trademark has been bought and sold several times. The original, very high quality Lux products like the Lab Series, Pd-441 turntable, tube mono blocks, etc., are still working fine today. Any Luxman product sold today8 is similar to Sony, and Pioneer.

Current crop of Luxmans seems mediocre at best. But 15-20 years ago many of their products would have met audiophile standards, both tube and transistor based. Still own a receiver and tuner and both remain outstanding.

My mistake. It wasn't Luxman, it was Lexicon.

At least you're man enough to acknowledge error, unlike your idol JV. I can respect that.
