Use a pocket knife. Carefully put the sharp part of blade, the full length, between the grille and the enclosure(On the side of speaker). Now, gently pry up. The grille is press-fit on. It's been a while since I pulled off one of my grilles, so you made need to do the same procedure, except with the knife on the top/bottom of speaker.
