I called the manufactior today and they had no idea. The volume on my turntable is really low. I have to turn all my volumes on my mixer to even hear it. I'm not sure if I hooked the cartridge up to the headshell wrong of if there is somthing else wrong. I had the same exact problem with my Stanton. I tried plugging it into my TV and the volum was very low on that too. Any ideas. Thanks everyone.
It's sounds like you're plugging your magnetic cartridge t/t into system without any pre-amp. For sure your TV doesn't have a Mag phone pre-amp and your mixer may or may not have one, if it does it will be labeled MAG PHONE IN on the jack inputs. If not, you can always add an pre-amp to your system for under $50
