Hi Guys,

I am new to the forum and not an audiophile either so please be patient as my knowledge is still rather limited.

What iam trying to figure out is wether to partner Dynaudio 72se with Musical Fidelity A3.5 or Primare I20 ?

MF A3.5 seems to have the right power and current to drive the dyn's. Unfortunately the dealer where Iam buying the Dyn's from dont stock MF's. Instead they have Primare and thats what the dealer used when audtioning the 72SE's.

Now primare I21 did a good job of it but its just that its rated 75W into 8 Ohms and 125W into 4 Ohms with a high current of 25 Amps. On the other hand the MF A3.5 is 150W into 8 0hms & 240W into 4 Ohms and high current 50 Amps.

As i said Primare did a good of running the Dyns but because MF was not there and only available at another dealers i wonder if it would do a better job at commanding the Dyn 72SE's as i realise that they are high current and high power thursty.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Note that they are both available at the same price $2000 AUD.

Cheers
