i'm starting from scratch in my living room. with my 52 inch panasonic plasma screen and considering morels or orbs or gallo sattelites with a receiver ..not sure which of the above ones would be better..help!!...dvd suggestions are always appreciated too!
It is a matter of personal preference. The units you mentioned will all pass muster depending on the listener. I, for example, prefer the richer warmer intonation of the Marantz. The Denon is no slouch, but I think that it is too bland. You really have to listen for yourself and find out which one you prefer. But as far as value and build quality, you can't go wrong with either one.
