Dyna 42C/122C

Blazer Bronze Member Username: Blazer Post Number: 81 Registered: Feb-04	Posted on Monday, March 13, 2006 - 21:27 GMT I recently had the opportunity to audition Dynaudio 42s with a 42C and found the soundstage very pleasing and detailed. The set up was driven by an NAD receiver. I then listened to two 52s by themselves and found the sound a bit more open than the 42s. I liked the sound of the 52s very much. However, the 52s didn't seem to blend as well with the 42C as the 42s did. Unfortunately the store didn't have a 122C in stock to audition with the 52s. I've read on several threads people pairing their 52s with a 42C instead of pairing them with a 122C? I was wondering if anyone has had an opportunity to listen to the 52s with a 122C and could comment on the combination.
